Who the heck am I?
I'm glad you asked.
My name is Anne, and I live on an island in Washington State, with my dear husband. I'm the farmer, he's the chef. My son will be a legal drinker later this year - where has the time gone?
By day I'm a librarian. I currently wear two hats - Lead Librarian for Public Computing (for the whole system) and Teen Services (for my branch). It gets a bit crazy sometimes and with luck I will be able to hand off the teen services to somebody else soon. Yesterday would have been good.
I am a serial dabbler when it comes to creativity. I crochet, bead, doodle, and try anything else that strikes my fancy. I love photography and would consider myself beyond dabbling as far as that goes. I'm not doing as much as I used to, but I have been posting on Flickr since 2005. There's quite a bit of history there and I mine from it frequently.
We have a 1967 Aloha trailer that we enjoy taking out camping. I am NOT a glamper! We just love getting away for a few days to see the sights and relax. Our favorite destination is the Olympic Peninsula - mountains, forest, and ocean. What more do you need?
Thanks for visiting my little spot on the internet. I look forward to hearing from you!
